Really good Stay
thorough cleaning service helpful staff convenient location relaxing retreat
The cleaning service was thorough. My room was super clean. I liked the helpful staff at reception, always ready to assist. The location was convenient for exploring the town. i found the swimming pool located just outside my room really enjoyable.
The hotel LACKED an elevator. Carrying luggage to upper floors was a minor inconvenience.

The suite balcony room featured modern decor and was very clean. It included a comfortable bed and ample storage space. The room had functional air conditioning, great . a super clean bathroom.

The breakfast buffet offered a selection of pastries and fresh fruit. Coffee and tea were readily available throughout the morning. The dining area was cleaned constantly. The staff worked hard.

fantastic stay!
spacious room central hotel free water
the room was spacious, modern, and clean. i loved that the hotel gave great value for money. the pool area felt spacious too for such a central hotel. there was free water and coffee also.
i found no elevator, and the walk into the center was a bit far and steep. it made getting around slightly challenging at times.

the cleaners were super friendly and helpful. they sang happy birthday to me. reception was helpful and gave great directions whenever i asked.

this hotel is close to town. it is a six-minute walk up a european-style hill to the city center. a laundry service is also only a three-minute walk away.

short area inadequate air conditioning
the pool was a decent size for the location. it was nice to have some shade to sit around it.
i would not book the maisonette room again. the upstairs area was too short. it was difficult to stand up straight when walking around the bed. the air conditioning did not adequately cool the room in the summer heat.

not bad, not great
low ceiling unsafe railing
the pool was decent, i guess. nothing special, but it was there.
the room was not great. i booked a 'maisonette' room and it had this weird upstairs area. the ceiling was so low, i nearly cracked my head open a few times and the air con could not keep up with the heat. plus, the railing on the stairs felt kinda unsafe.
