We stayed for three nights. the staff coordinated atv rentals and transport from the ferry to the airport. they packed to-go breakfast boxes when our shuttle to the airport was early. the views were fine. The jacuzzi on the porch is a must!!!
the absence of netflix or similar apps on the small tvs was a slight letdown. the limited selection of news channels was not ideal for entertainment. i wish there were more viewing options available.

Our Junior Suite offered really good views I won't forget. The reception staff was helpful, providing assistance with organizing boat trips and airport transfers. Breakfast was delivered to the room at a pre-selected time and included items chosen the night before (a great start to each day!). I appreciated the dressing gowns and slippers, perfect for enjoying breakfast on the balcony.
The hot water in the sink wasn't always reliable.

Salome at reception arranged my transfers without problems. The driver in a Mercedes van offered history and suggestions. The hotel has a walking path to Fira. I noticed views along the Caldera. The staff worked hard. They kept all facilities very clean.
The hotel gave only one bottle of water per person per stay.

Every single person acted superb. I mean desk clerks, bar, and cleaning staff. They helped with luggage on those massive steps. I cannot forget him. They were helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a trail going to Fira with excellent views. The location were convenient for visiting both Oia and Fira. The most beautiful trail to Oia begins right at the hotel's doorstep.

Breakfast were served in the room each morning. It overlooked the Aegean Sea and were plentiful. The onsite restaurant were one of the best in town, and everything we ordered from the menu were excellent.
