central location friendly staff complimentary tea smelly odor old room thin walls
The location was really central. Many popular spots were within walking distance. The room included complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits. The staff were also very friendly and helpful with great recommendations.
The room I had didn't look like the pictures online. It was old and dark. The bathroom had a smelly odor. The walls weren't soundproof at all, so I could hear everything happening outside.

amazing central gem!
spacious room lovely touch great location
The quadruple room was perfect for our group! it was spacious with plenty of towels provided. complimentary tea and coffee were available. A really lovely touch. the location is UNBEATABLE!!! we found restaurants and shops nearby. iconic landmarks like the trevi fountain.
i found that the bathroom towels were changed every three days. this policy is environment-friendly, but daily changes would add comfort. maybe there could be an option for daily changes upon request.

The staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations and suggestions for sightseeing. they were friendly and always available. responses to requests through whatsapp were quick and efficient. I really felt supported. overall service was really good.

Really good Experience in Central Location
transport arrangements comprehensive support key sites
The staff assisted me with transport arrangements to the airport. They even marked maps, highlighting attractions I asked about. The team provided comprehensive support (I felt very grateful). I was close to key sites. This made exploration straightforward.
A minor inconvenience was the slight noise from the hallway at times.
