amazing central gem!
spacious roomlovely touchgreat locationtowel change
The quadruple room was perfect for our group! it was spacious with plenty of towels provided. complimentary tea and coffee were available. A really lovely touch. the location is UNBEATABLE!!! we found restaurants and shops nearby. iconic landmarks like the trevi fountain.
i found that the bathroom towels were changed every three days. this policy is environment-friendly, but daily changes would add comfort. maybe there could be an option for daily changes upon request.

The staff provided excellent restaurant recommendations and suggestions for sightseeing. they were friendly and always available. responses to requests through whatsapp were quick and efficient. I really felt supported. overall service was really good.

The staff assisted me with transport arrangements to the airport. They even marked maps, highlighting attractions I asked about. The team provided comprehensive support (I felt very grateful). I was close to key sites. This made exploration straightforward.
A minor inconvenience was the slight noise from the hallway at times.
