The location was acceptable as it offered easy access to nearby restaurants.

The lack of staff was very concerning. I barely saw anyone at the front desk and I had a serious issue that was not addressed at all. My clothes were stained by something on the shower and the hotel did not take any accountability!

poor soundproofingdamaged mattress

the soundproofing was poor. i woke up several times each night because of the street noise. also, the mattress was not good (it was damaged, i believe). i had to sleep in my son's bed.
