I found plenty of parking. and the fine garden provided a lovely escape! the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. my room was clean. i did notice the bathroom could use some updating. it was fully functional.
there was a slight noise issue one morning because my room was close to the cleaner's supply closet. it impacted my ability to sleep in, which i wanted to do.

The staff were helpful and attentive from check-in to check-out. all staff said hello and asked if i needed help. i enjoyed a great meal. The menu offered good choices. the dining area had wonderful views with mainly glass windows.
the swimming pool was cold. it also lacked enough space if there were more than four people there.

i arrived earlier than expected, but the staff handled the check-in smoothly and stored my luggage. this allowed me to begin my day without delay, which i found really helpful. the team also offered great suggestions for local attractions, since it was my first time in the area.
i did notice the drinks prices at the bar were quite high, a slight drawback for enjoying a relaxed evening on-site.

I received an upgrade to a spacious double room, and it was beautifully designed with a comfortable king-size bed. the bathroom included a roll-top bath and a large walk-in shower. It was luxurious. there were also complimentary nespresso pods and water.

the staff was really friendly and professional, i wanted to thank them. the rooms and bathrooms were clean. the breakfast was tasty even though it wasnt very warm when they brought to my table.
the water pressure on the top floor was low, i took a disappointing shower in the morning.
