smooth sailing stay
comfortable bed fast wifi ensuite facilities
the room included air-conditioning, very welcome in the heat. it was a large room, furnished with a comfortable bed. the smart television was a good size, and the wifi worked quickly. i appreciated the ensuite facilities that were very clean.
I found the pillows too hard. They caused some neck discomfort.

The hotel is near shopping options and fast food places. This makes grabbing essentials or a quick meal easy. it is a short distance to the ferry port. This made it easy to catch an early ferry.

fast wifi good size old crisps thick dust
The room included air-conditioning, appreciated given the warm weather. The television was a good size, and I found the Wi-Fi to be fast. (The air-conditioning was a welcome relief!)
I found old crisps under the table. There was also a noticeable layer of dust on the sink in the bathroom. (I expect a bit more attention to detail.)

usb ports comfortable bed ample tea
The room included USB ports near each bedside table and plugs. I noticed large bath sheets were available and soft. Tea and coffee supplies were plentiful. This was great. The beds were comfortable. I slept very well.
Hangers were positioned quite high. It posed some difficulty for individuals with mobility concerns.

my room was clean. the bed was very comfortable. the location is good, providing easy parking. breakfast service ensured customers received personal attention.
i waited briefly to enter my room. i had to contact someone for assistance. it was a minor inconvenience.

The room was very well set out. The bed offered ultimate comfort. Teas and coffee facilities are good.
Check-in was in the pub. I had to go to the pub to get the key card. The breakfast was a basic one. Breakfast cost extra.

clean bedroom comfortable bed usb socket ignored staff missing invoice unclear check-in
the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable! plenty of tea and coffee facilities were available. the sockets in the room were both plug and usb.
The board said the check-in desk was in the pub? i went to the pub and stood patiently for 15 minutes, ignored by all pub staff. i asked twice now for my invoice and this has not been received, very poor..

tidy room clean room breakfast choice cold room air conditioning missing heater
the room was very tidy and clean. the bed provided me with much comfort. i found breakfast to have plenty of choice. the breakfast was of course fabulous.
i asked for the heater to be turned on, but nobody came to do it. the air conditioning was left on, so the room became very cold. the room was cold in the morning. this happened on my previous stay also.
