a wonderful stay

the hotel location proved very convenient. a short walk led me to multiple local restaurants. access to Kings Cross station was a quick five-minute walk, i noticed. this proximity made exploring easy. the staff looked friendly. they were personable and always helpful with directions. the team ensured my needs were promptly addressed. i found the service really good. the room's spaciousness was appreciated. it included a balcony that gave me some fresh air. the bed felt comfortable, nice for restful nights. i had wonderful sleep each night.

I did notice the bathroom sliding door didn't close fully. It did cause a slight lack of privacy.

the hotel's location was certainly convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions.

I found the bathroom lacked privacy because the sliding door did not close completely. This was quite bothersome. the gap allowed sound and odors to escape, disrupting the overall comfort. this design flaw significantly impacted my stay.

staff was rarely at reception to assist. the room was very small. bathroom was not private, and it was expensive.
