i enjoyed the convenient access to nearby restaurants along the water. the reception staff were helpful. the beds provided were comfortable. i appreciated the beautiful and calm ambience of the pool area.
upon arrival, my initial room experienced a shower drainage issue. it also showed lack of cleanliness, disappointing. the absence of proper blackout curtains meant i had to use towels to block out light, however, i was able to find the wooden shutters later.

The breakfast buffet had good options. Nothing special, but acceptable.
The paint was peeling off the walls in our room, which wasn't exactly charming. It seemed like a diy project gone wrong. the walk to the old town was longer than expected and along a narrow road, a fact that was slightly terrifying. also, the receptionist seemed perpetually grumpy. A smile wouldn't have hurt.

uninterested staffdated interior
the restaurant staff seemed uninterested in providing service. it seemed like they actively avoided eye contact. catching their attention required effort and their assistance was minimal. additionally, the dated interior of the room was a letdown. the uncomfortable beds resembled those of a boarding school.

The hotel features a nice pool area. Staff members are friendly and helpful. They created a cute atmosphere. I liked the clean facilities a lot.
My room felt basic with poor design. The roof blocked half of the room. This made it very uncomfortable. Gym operated only one day.

The room looked dated, particularly the shower. Beds felt quite basic. I requested a lower room due to a knee issue (new), expecting only 20 steps, but there were actually 40, and no lift exists to assist with luggage. I consider this misinformation.
