i spent four nights here in february. my room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. the hotel provides a free shuttle service to the port, a very convenient amenity. i particularly enjoyed the local cuisine available on the lunch and dinner menus.
the air conditioning unit in my room blew directly onto the bed, making it difficult to maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the night.

The hotel's shuttle schedule was quite restrictive. Only three departures per day from the hotel limited my flexibility. The restaurant offered limited food choices and the lobster i had was chewy. (I expected better for an island location.)

the rooms were clean and well-organized.. i enjoyed the plentiful and excellently prepared food options. the staff was both friendly and helpful . i found the pool and on-site facilities to be very enjoyable, especially after a day of exploring.
the scheduled shuttle service to port elizabeth runs only a few times a day. coordinating travel around the island required careful planning.

The shuttle service to and from town was a plus, that gave me easy access to transportation to Port Elizabeth.
The water pressure was very inconsistent, it made showering a real challenge. I found half-used toiletries in the bathroom, the hotel should check these things.
