fantastic stay!
convenient location helpful staff rooftop terrace
I really appreciated the convenient location near khaosan road. the staff was always friendly and helpful with directions and recommendations! the rooftop terrace was great. It provided some privacy.
i noticed the air conditioning was quite noisy, made sleeping a little difficult.

The rooftop terrace offers a relaxing space with complimentary snacks. The swimming pool allows guests to cool off. breakfast options are abundant, with a wide selection available in a buffet style! the hotel also features marble walls and flooring throughout the premises.

The staff provides assistance with tours, taxi bookings, and local recommendations. They speak english very well. daily room cleaning is available, complete with towel changes and complimentary bottled water. They provide toiletries like toothpaste, toothbrushes, and shower caps daily.

The hotel is near many attractions and local restaurants. It is close to khaosan road without the noise. it is within walking distance to the grand palace. The golden mount temple is also close. phra artiet pier is nearby, giving access to chao phraya river transport.

excellent stay in old city
helpful staff spacious room convenient transfer
i found the staff very helpful. the room was spacious and clean. breakfast included a variety of thai and western dishes. the hotel provides a convenient transfer service to and from the airport for a reasonable fee, a very good thing. i used it.
i noticed a slight noise from the elevator machinery in my room.

the hotel is situated in the center nearby many attractions. it is within walking distance of temples and khaosan road. some grab drivers find it difficult to locate the hotel upon departure.

the staff are attentive and ready to assist guests. i saw personnel managing luggage very well. the staff was always available and helpful when i had questions or needed assistance.

the hotel offers two swimming pools. the pools are a great amenity. the hotel looks clean with marble walls and flooring and i found a luggage weighing scale.

helpful staff friendly staff spacious room noisy air conditioning bathroom window mosquito problem
The staff was very helpful and friendly . they booked a trip to ayutthaya for me. the room was very clean and spacious. The bed was also comfy.
the air conditioning was quite noisy. i found that the bathroom window didn't fully close. this seemed to invite mosquitos into the room at night.
