poor communication upper floor
The location was convenient. It was less than a 15-minute walk to the city center.
The communication wasn't great. I sent a message before my arrival, but I never got a reply. I had hoped for a ground-floor room because I have mobility issues, but I ended up on an upper floor (it wasn't fun climbing those stairs). This.

Acceptable, but Some Issues with Room and Shower
shower temperature squeaky bed
The guesthouse is located a short walk from the city centre, convenient.
I encountered an issue with the shower. It was difficult to get the water temperature right, as it swung quickly from scalding hot to freezing cold. The bed was also not very comfortable and squeaked with every movement. It made it hard to get a decent night's sleep after a long day.

the private bathroom was very convenient. the included breakfast had a good variety (especially the pastries). the bed was comfortable and i slept well.
the walls are a bit thin, i could hear some noise from the hallway.
