central location and great amenities
polite staffconvenient locationnice pastries
i found the staff quite polite and helpful with all my questions. the location, directly opposite the train station and metro, was a real plus. the breakfast selection was nice (especially the pastries!).
sound insulation from adjacent rooms and the corridor was a bit lacking.

the hotel is conveniently situated in front of the central station. this feature makes travel very easy, as various transport options are readily accessible. i believe this is a major benefit for anyone exploring the area.

the breakfast buffet features a diverse selection. i saw an ok range of cold cuts and fruit available each morning. coffee and tea were also readily accessible (i really enjoyed the cappuccino).

the room included comfortable pillows and bedding. i noticed that the beds were particularly comfortable. this contributed to a good night's rest after long days of sightseeing (which is always welcome!).

The room had a really great view. i saw the vesuvius from my window. the hotel stored my luggage since i came before check-in time. That helped me a lot. i also got upgraded to a bigger room. It was lovely.
some lights did not work very well.

The location is very convenient to public transportation. it's close to many amenities too. the hotel provided a quiet space away from the busy garibaldi area. It was a nice escape! i received a wine bottle as a welcome gift.
