The hotel was very clean. The location is near a private entrance to colony square. I enjoyed convenient access to nearby facilities. The valet service was great, also.
I noticed the water pressure was not great. The sink drained slowly, a bit inconvenient. I think improvements in these areas could enhance the overall experience.

The breakfast buffet had a very wide variety of choices available. I found many options to suit my dietary preferences. Nicole in the breakfast room provided friendly and stellar service.

The check-in was smooth and efficient. Staff was friendly and helpful in every possible way. Zuri and Giovana offered excellent customer service and were great too ensure a relaxing and satisfactory stay.

vernice's service stood out. She was always friendly and professional. her positive attitude. i really appreciated her attention to detail.
I found it a little disappointing that housekeeping wasn't proactive. I had to request it.

the skyline king room featured a very cozy bed and was super clean. outside noise from the city and the lively lobby was not noticeable. the bathroom included quality soap. the room has great views.

The hotel is attached to a food court, which remains open until late. i loved the pool area. It was very clean and well-kept. there is a gym with modern equipment available to guests. it includes several treadmills.
