Shops are nearby the hotel. McDonald's is a short walk. ordering food is easy. A private massage was arranged in my room. The staff provided friendly, helpful service. They secured a taxi at a fair rate early in the morning.
The floor seemed slightly dirty. I noticed some grittiness, even after housekeeping visited.

The front desk staffs were friendly. They attended to any requests promptly. I guess that's what you pay for.
My room seemed to have obvious signs of inadequate cleaning. The hotel also has policies that are less than great. I accidentally booked this room and tried to cancel 5 minutes later, you see, but they refused and charged the full price. So I paid for a room I didn't even want.

the rooms were modern and functioned well for the price. all facilities a hotel should have were present. it was a great hotel.
The floor seemed really dirty. I seemed like i was walking on sand. it was evident by grubby feet. Though i brought it to the attention of housekeeping, it still felt gritty. i could hear next-door neighbors' full conversations at 1 am and then again at 2 am on the second night.

The staff secured a cab at a fair rate for me at 5am. Grab isn't always reliable so early. the room was spacious and mirrored their photos so well. housekeeping was perfect at keeping it super clean. i discovered convenient water bottles free . Very thoughtful indeed.
the alley leading to the hotel felt just a bit awkward for drivers because of the traffic.

The hotel is accessible from the mrt blue line. It is a walk but manageable. i noted a mcdonald's and a korean fried chicken spot on the way. the airlink and mrt option proved way cheaper than a cab.

The staff was helpful securing a taxi for me very early in the morning, really kind. They really went the extra mile. i found them very polite and friendly at every interaction. they were quick in service too.

The room featured two separate sinks. It felt spacious. i found the rainfall shower very pleasant and relaxing, offering a gentle cascade. it created a calming retreat.

The hotel offers a cute pool and a basic gym. Both looked well kept. the gym included treadmills for cardio. There was also a selection of weights. a nice bar downstairs served refreshing beverages.
