I appreciated the hotel staff. They were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance with directions. The room was spacious, a wonderful aspect during my nights count stay. I also liked the free water bottles available in the lobby. It was a convenient benefit.

The DELICIEUX restaurant impressed me. Operating from 6 am to 10:30 am, it offered a full buffet along with a la carte options for breakfast, excellent. the pool provided a refreshing way to start my day. i found the lobby area to be a highlight. It had free refreshments and snacks available 24/7, a nice touch. a free shuttle service to the metro made getting around easier.
The wifi connection was HORRIBLE. The speed was quite slow! it often disconnected, and i had to use my own data.

The front desk staffs were friendly. They attended to any requests promptly. I guess that's what you pay for.
My room seemed to have obvious signs of inadequate cleaning. The hotel also has policies that are less than great. I accidentally booked this room and tried to cancel 5 minutes later, you see, but they refused and charged the full price. So I paid for a room I didn't even want.

the rooms were modern and functioned well for the price. all facilities a hotel should have were present. it was a great hotel.
The floor seemed really dirty. I seemed like i was walking on sand. it was evident by grubby feet. Though i brought it to the attention of housekeeping, it still felt gritty. i could hear next-door neighbors' full conversations at 1 am and then again at 2 am on the second night.

The staff secured a cab at a fair rate for me at 5am. Grab isn't always reliable so early. the room was spacious and mirrored their photos so well. housekeeping was perfect at keeping it super clean. i discovered convenient water bottles free . Very thoughtful indeed.
the alley leading to the hotel felt just a bit awkward for drivers because of the traffic.
