inconsistent experience, some issues noticed
missing handwashing soap tv signal
the room lacked basic amenities i expect. there was no hand soap in the bathroom, a pretty essential item. the television also had limited functionality. it couldn't connect to any apps, and the hotel channels showed 'no signal'. these details detract from what should be a seamless stay.

The suite was spacious. It included a washer and dryer combination. The TV allowed access to streaming accounts. This was convenient! The refrigerator and microwave also worked well.
The air conditioning was not cleaned. It was not serviced so the room got very hot. The location is away from tourist areas. there is a train track directly in front of the hotel. It was noisy when the train passed, even late at night.

Really good Stay, Clean Rooms and Cute Staff!
rooftop bar cute staff clean linens convenient location
I stayed for several days and loved the complimentary drinks at the rooftop bar. The staff were consistently cute and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh linens and towels were promptly provided upon request. I found the proximity to walkable areas with many food options and shopping quite convenient. the train station was easily accessible for city travel.
One very minor issue was the lack of handwashing soap in the bathroom. This was easily remedied when requested.

The hotel features a rooftop bar that provides complimentary drinks to guests upon arrival. A train station is located within walking distance, facilitating convenient travel to different parts of the city. Many dining options and shopping areas can be found close to the premises.

The staff was consistently cute and helpful . They readily provided fresh linens and towels upon request. The employees gave advice on good places to visit (that was quite useful for us).
