inadequate air conditioningempty mini fridge

the air conditioning system was a nightmare it was set to a minimum of 21 degrees celsius and a maximum of 23 degrees celsius. this applied to all modes. i reported this issue to the front desk every day. staff said they couldn't adjust it because it controlled the entire building. there wasn't even a fan available. we had to open the window to cool down. also the mini fridge had nothing in it. not even water

The staff shined, especially fernando at reception. He was so helpful. my room was spacious, just like the description promised, and the housekeeping folks kept things super clean. it took around 15-20 minutes to walk to all the best places, a nice way to see the city.

this location is great because it is just two minutes from the bus station, this made it easy to explore the town and train stations to visit further places too and is really calm.

my room included a little kitchenette, useful for preparing food. i could find free parking on the road without paying for the private parking, which helped my budget a lot.

The staff always helped. I needed something! sergio was an amazing person. He helped me from the first contact with the hotel! this also included questions, doubts, and a better understanding of the city.
