Excellent City Centre Accommodation

The train station and local shops were very close. The bed was comfortable, the room layout was nice. A mini fridge was in the room. I found bottled water a bonus.

The hotel is a short walk from Gas Street Basin. It is approximately fifteen minutes on foot to Utilita Arena. The hotel provides convenient access to key city attractions and transport links.

The room was quite well-finished and very clean. Access was EASY, check-in was easy. I also found communication to be efficient.
The curtains did NOT block out light. The location by the main road made it quite noisy. I found no active contact number for the owners.

The room was a great size and had a good television.
My bathroom door couldn't fully open because the bed was in the way. A larger person wouldn't be able to access the bathroom. The smell from the fast food place below was awful, so I could not open any windows, and the room became overly warm. The noise from the traffic outside continued all night.

Self check-in was convenient. The room offered a mini fridge. A tea tray provided milk, tea, and coffee. Bottled water was also a bonus. The room included an excellent hairdryer and toiletries in the shower.
The hotel is located near a busy roundabout. I could hear some car noise through closed windows.

the location is central. i was really close to the main shopping area (the bull ring is just steps away!). my room had a work table, kettle, and fridge, i found this super handy. the self check-in was also pretty smooth and efficient.
the towels felt a bit small after showering, just a minor thing though.
