mixed experience due to room issues
small room unsafe step
the room i was assigned was quite small , the bathroom reminded me of an afterthought. it was essentially a corner of the room partitioned off. the bright light inside was a real problem at night , and the high step into it was unsafe. i also found that there was no lift , so lugging my bags up the stairs was frustrating.

convenient location daily service leafy neighborhood
The location is wonderful, close to Paddington Station. The neighborhood has a pleasant, leafy feel (I found it very charming!). The rooms are clean and the daily room service is reliable.
There is no lift, but that was not a problem for me.
