Really good Stay
ample space excellent service friendly staff
The superior king room had ample space and included excellent turndown service. The hotel offers an really good afternoon tea with attention to detail regarding allergies. The staff showed pride in their work. They were friendly and professional throughout the hotel.
I noticed a small charge for an extra bottle of water. This felt slightly out of place given the hotel's high standards.

The premises include refined common areas kept with care and taste. Fresh flower arrangements were placed in vases daily. This shows attention to detail and added to the ambiance.

i stayed in the beautiful king room for three nights. The room included two separate sinks. A rainfall shower was also present.

professional service food presentation calm atmosphere afternoon tea
Afternoon tea was thoroughly enjoyable here. The service remained professional, and the food presentation was well done. The atmosphere felt calm and refined throughout my visit. i definitely found it a great place for afternoon tea.
i found that sometimes there was a charge of £5 per additional bottle of water. While the amount itself seemed inconsequential, it slightly detracts from the sense of generosity.

the hotel is well located, i had easy access to many attractions. it was convenient for exploring nearby landmarks and points of interest. the area felt very accessible and central to everything.

the afternoon tea included six fresh sandwiches, and staff replenished them quickly. scones were warm when brought to the table, and clotted cream and jam were available. the jasmine dragon pearl tea was delicious.

a Rolls Royce car was available for hire. the hotel offered a Rolls Royce service for a two hour tour with champagne. this facility provides a unique experience .

The service was fabulous. Napkins were placed. cutlery needed was ready, and plates were cleaned before i asked. staff checked and replenished teapots. staff were impeccably dressed.
