the hotel is modern. the rooms and facilities seemed new. i found several good food choices nearby and could walk to many places. there was also convenient access to istinye park.
i thought the security was lacking. a non-paying person gained access to the breakfast area and caused issues. the hotel's response to my complaint felt inadequate. i found this concerning.

I recently enjoyed a two night stay. the breakfast buffet was very good with a wide variety. the staff demonstrated excellent service. They were helpful and friendly. the hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to İstinye park mall, so it simplifies transportation.
The gym could benefit from updated equipment. Some machines showed wear.

The beautiful room included a well stocked minibar and a coffee maker. a window opened slightly. This improved the air quality in the room. the mattress felt new and very comfortable.

the hotel gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i noticed the hotel has both indoor and outdoor pools. a complimentary shuttle runs to a nearby shopping mall every hour, very useful.

the hotel is close to ist airport, a convenient travel point. a shopping mall sits only a short car ride from the hotel. several tasty snack options are available near the hotel.

Breakfast includes turkish coffee prepared upon request, i loved it. the room service menu features a great variety and quality of foods. live harp music plays during the breakfast hours. This creates a lovely atmosphere.
