fantastic stay

huge bedquiet nightamazing viewhelpful staff
The room was quiet at NIGHT. It had a HUGE comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a fantastic selection and i found the staff very helpful. I enjoyed the amazing view of the Nile.
The gym only has a few machines. I wish there were more available.

The restaurant staff was very attentive and remembered my requirements, which i really liked. Reception to housekeeping staff are very efficient and kind and work quickly to help guests. The staff are impeccably trained.

The hotel is CLOSE to the city center. There is NICE view of the river. Many monuments are easy to see with a short journey. Boats are on site for lunch or sunset watching.

The hotel boasts well-kept facilities. They were very good. I liked the heated pool and the areas. Entertainment includes live music in the evenings and other festive events happen often.

My room was very spacious and super clean with everything needed for the stay. The beds are COMFORTABLE. I slept very well. Cleaning service did an excellent job every day and kept the rooms fresh.

extensive buffetdated roomrushed housekeeping
the breakfast buffet was extensive enough.
The room felt dated. the bathroom fixtures showed wear and tear. I noticed rust on some fittings. Housekeeping seemed rushed, as i found crumbs on the floor upon arrival, and the mirrors needed a better cleaning.
