unheated poolexpensive upgrade
I encountered a few issues . The adult pool was NOT heated. I was refused when asking to upgrade my room to one near a heated pool. The staff said heating the pool cost a lot, even though my stay was premium all inclusive and the hotel was mostly empty. There were only about 40 guests. I expect better for the price.

i stayed for several nights in january. the hotel has a luxurious feel. the infinity pool is beautiful and offers options to relax. areas with adult-only pools made it very pleasant (especially if you are just looking for some quiet).
The beach service was slightly limited. It was sometimes difficult to find a waiter.

the service was very polite and professional throughout my stay. i felt a personal touch from the staff despite the large hotel. reception staff were cute and warm. staff were keen to ensure my stay was the best.

the hotel amenities have a traditional style. there is a grand piano in the lobby area with a pianist playing. the lobby bar served coffee and other drinks. the hotel was looked super fresh and high standards were evident.

The hotel has six à la carte restaurants. the food was very good with many choices at each meal. i particularly loved the japanese restaurant. It offered great food and excellent service. the breakfast was excellent with multiple live stations.

I found the grounds fabulous. They were well maintained and the views of the sea breath taking. The staff were generally very friendly. The main restaurant staff were particularly good.
I found very succinct guidance from the desk on arrival. A la carte restaurants were all nearly fully booked every day through the app. I figured out that guests go directly to the desk to book a table.

i was annoyed by the outdated dress code policy. i was turned away from dinner for not wearing trousers. it is 2024, not 1985.
