The staff were very helpful. The food had much variety and tasted great. The bars offered amazing cocktails and snacks. The swimming pools were the best I have seen. Access to the sandy beach in the adjacent hotel was easy.

During check-out, i felt some pressure to rate the hotel with top scores on the spot.

Reception staff provided useful assistance with a friendly attitude. Bar staff provided prompt drink service with a smile. The cleaning staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay.

service i experienced was disappointing. staff appear rude and inattentive. room boys routinely forget to refill water, towels, or the snack bar.
