The staff went beyond expectations. They were genuinely kind. i was upgraded to rocca superior, greatly appreciated. the view from the balcony became a highlight, nice. breakfast was also very good.
I noticed the tv didn't work when i arrived. I wish it had been checked earlier

The room had a design that maximized space. It felt luxurious. a nespresso machine offered coffee. Water was replenished daily. air conditioning worked perfectly, so it was a very comfortable stay.
