Decent Stay

quiet streetcomfortable bedmany channelswater damagepoor window fittingold towels
I enjoyed the location of the guest house. It is a short walk to the city center. The street is very quiet. The bed was comfortable. The TV had lots of channels.
The room had obvious water damage which hadn't been repaired. That's not great. The window fitting in the bathroom was poor, I felt a draft. The towels were old, I think they should be replaced.

Really good Stay, GREAT Location!

short walkparking charge
The location proved REALLY beneficial, placing me a short walk from both the lake and the city center. I noticed squirrels roaming about on the residential street. Breakfast offered good value, too.
I found the daily parking charge quite steep. This added an unexpected cost. The information could have been communicated better. Guests can use a fob instead of the keycode.

Acceptable stay with issues

simple walksno hot waterno service
The location was acceptable. It allowed for simple walks.
The service was not great for the price (it was expensive for what it was). I returned late one night and tried to take a shower, but there was no hot water. No one was available to fix it that night.
