My room had a stocked fridge, a safe, and a blanket. The drinking water was replenished each day. It was so thoughtful! The location offered easy access to the Grand Bazaar and the Blue Mosque. I found the reception area spacious and the lift convenient.
The room was a bit small and lacked a view. The pool felt quite tiny. The spa had an unpleasant odor. It made it difficult to relax.

unhelpful staff poor service
the staff acted like i owed them something. nobody offered to help with bags. and the 'complimentary' water bottles? i practically begged for them. the whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, its clearly needs work.

The hotel's location was fantastic for seeing local attractions, all within a short walk. Tram and metro stations were conveniently close (less than 5 minutes away). I appreciated the complimentary water provided with dinner and in the room.
The swimming pool felt a bit small, more like a fish tank. It was located in a basement with dim lighting, seem not so inviting.

breakfast variety fresh food soap supply room size bad view tiny pool
the breakfast had variety and it tasted fresh. the omelette station was a nice touch. the hotel was clean i think. the necessities like soap were provided everyday.
my room wasnt large. the views were not good from my room. the swimming pool looked tiny i thought. the air conditioning acted weird sometimes.
