lovely breakfast smiling staff enjoyable stay
The breakfast tasted lovely, like all the meals there. everyone smiled when i asked for anything. It was never too much trouble. i thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

noisy road breakfast toast
The room i had faced a noisy road. Apparently, earplugs weren't standard issue. also, the breakfast setup was odd. i ordered toast and got... just toast. no sides, no extras, nothing. it felt incomplete, like a sad, beige still life. and seriously, is it too much to ask for some actual butter instead of those foil packets?

some issues with the room.
noisy ventilation system low shower pressure
The room i had wasn't great. it felt a bit like i was in an attic. standing up was difficult because of the low ceiling! making a hot drink was awkward too. the kitchen ventilation made a lot of noise right outside my window and the smell came inside. the shower had very low pressure. Washing was a challenge.

My stay started well, but some issues emerged. Our "Beautiful Twin Room" had a very noisy kitchen ventilation system right outside the window. It was difficult to sleep as a result.
