amazing family holiday!
fantastic entertainment excellent food comfortable room amazing staff
This hotel totally was so nice! we visited with a group of friends and all our children, and everyone had an AMAZING time. the pools were a massive hit with the kids. They spent hours on the water slides. plus, the entertainment kept them happy every evening. I loved that!
If i had to find one tiny thing, the air conditioning in the room was tricky. it was basically just on or off. A little more control would have been great.

There are multiple pools, and the water slides are super fun for kids and adults. I really enjoyed them! the hotel also offers spa services and entertainment. It kept everyone busy and happy.

The room was very clean, comfortable, and spacious. It had everything we needed. we also had a balcony with a nice view of the surrounding area. I loved it!!! the beds were comfy, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants and the harbor. I loved how close it was! it is just a short walk to the waterfront and the main boardwalk. I explored the whole area.

family friendly stay with excellent service
fantastic pools friendly staff great food
The pools were a hit with my children and me. the kids club was very well managed. Greta was very friendly. i found the staff helpful. alina at the thalassa bar had a great attitude. the bed in my room had a very good mattress. the food choices at the main restaurant were abundant and of great quality. i appreciated rania and paola at the spa, who were very helpful and ready to share details about the treatments.
The air conditioning was difficult to adjust in the room. I could only switch it on or off to control the temperature. the water pressure in the shower was poor. i noticed that the shower head needed to be cleaned. the nighttime entertainment outside made it hard to relax.

my double room included a large bed. it had sufficient space for my child. the room was very clean, and it included a modern design.

The main restaurant had a good variety of options. i found the food to be tasty. the snack bar included many light bites. This was my family's favourite spot, we also enjoyed the drinks.

The pools were fantastic. I liked the water slides. i also found space to splash around safely. evening entertainment was available for children after dinner. the hotel looked very clean. spa services were available at the resort.

The staff were cute. i observed that they were professional. george and greta gave warm service. the animation team was energetic. They contributed to a lively atmosphere from morning till night.
