Excellent Amenities and Service

nice balcony convenient launderette helpful staff

The room had a nice balcony. I appreciated the available launderette because it made summer travel easier. Reception staff was very helpful. The location was also convenient with just a short walk to the sea front.

The bathroom had an overpowering smell, almost like drainage was coming up through the pipes, so I hope they can fix that.

Rooms

9/10

The room featured a coffee machine, an electric stove, and dishes. There was also coffee, tea, and sugar available, so I could enjoy a beverage anytime. A kettle was available for boiling water.

Service

10/10

The staff provided very good service and they were kind. The breakfast menu allowed selection from proper meal options. I did not have to settle for simple buffet food. A barista made the coffee rather than a machine.

Dining

9/10

The breakfast included proper meal options. It was not just a standard buffet. The coffee was made by a barista, giving it a great taste. I enjoyed the choices and the quality, very much.

The noise was a real issue. drilling continued throughout the day (it seemed like forever). the constant noise made it hard to relax at the hotel pool.

Acceptable stay, some issues encountered

polite staff helpful staff ideal location modern hotel overpowering smell ineffective ac

The staff acted very politely. They were willing to help me at all times. The hotel enjoys an ideal location because it is within walking distance to the castle and the beach. I liked that the hotel looked modern.

It went on directly outside and it was loud, so I could not use the pool. The AC is installed in the room in a spot that doesn't effectively cool where the bed sits. The bathroom had a constant overpowering smell, like the drainage was coming back up into the shower and sink.

The location was acceptable, near some local spots and a supermarket.

The shower water smelled like sewage, I reported it but nothing happened. There were also ants on the floor in the room. This was unpleasant.
