Excellent Experience All Around

I had a wonderful visit. The reception staff provided quick assistance at check-in. The unlimited food and drinks offered a wide range of options (especially the desserts). The aqua park was a real highlight, with slides suitable for all ages.

the room upgrade from mr osama felt special. mr mahmoud sultan followed up daily and made sure i had everything i needed. his attention to detail ensured my needs were met before i even expressed them. the staff here makes this resort world-class.

The prayer from the mosque could be heard fairly well. This sometimes disturbed my sleep.

the staff were great too ensure satisfaction. saeid from the restaurant arranged special items for pregnancy cravings, this meant so much to us. mahmoud soltan made our honeymoon lovely with his attention and kindness.

the room was romantically decorated, and food waited for us when we arrived late. there was an unexpected room upgrade upon arrival and it. it really created a beautiful atmosphere.

the buffet included lots of choices i found the staff very friendly and helpful. moullie emad at reception stood out she made my partner's birthday special. she ensured everything went according to plan even on her day off.

the gym was not fully set up with equipment.
