The location was acceptable, near Little India.
My room had no window to the outside, and it felt very dark. A cleaner smoked in the kitchen, so my room often smelled of smoke. You can only pay in cash at the hotel. I wasn't prepared.

i found the location very convenient , within walking distance to main streets. the free laundry service was a great help . the sunny rooftop terrace offered a relaxing space. the main door security provided a sense of safety and privacy.
the lighting in my room was quite dim. it made it difficult to do tasks like packing or working. the wall-mounted desk was very small and offered limited space.

the owner provides leaflets with information about local food and activities. complimentary items, like diaries and calendars, were offered to guests. i found this a very nice touch.

The staff were helpful! The location is excellent, close to many attractions. The provided umbrellas were very useful during unexpected rain showers. I really liked having free laundry facilities available on the rooftop, it was very convenient.
The desk in the room was a bit small, limiting space for my belongings though it did not impact my overall comfort.
