The Nespresso machine in the room was certainly a plus. The helpful concierge also made things easier.
I found the service inconsistent. Some staff seemed attentive, but others did not. I also noticed Anglo and Caucasian guests received preferential treatment at the Strait Club lounge, something unacceptable.

The location was good. The facilities were acceptable, but nothing special.
I found the lack of space in the room disappointing. There wasn't a comfortable chair, and the bathroom needed a magnifying mirror. The public areas seemed tired. It felt more like a four-star hotel than a five-star one, if I am being honest.

I appreciated the hotel's location near the merlion statue. It made sightseeing very convenient. the quay room was spacious, and it featured comfortable bedding that ensured restful nights, which i needed after my long days. i enjoyed having the robe ready. breakfast was rich in options.
the main lobby had a slightly high level of foot traffic at peak times.

I stayed in the quay room and enjoyed the location near amenities. The restaurant offered a diverse range of cultural cuisines. I found the food excellent.
The price range IS high, but I was convinced with their services and facilities.

the room was well-appointed and comfortable. i found the bed provided a good night's sleep (it felt very luxurious). the bathroom had premium products, i liked relaxing there each evening in the bath.
i found the selection of fruit at breakfast to be quite average. i expected more exotic fruits given the hotel's reputation. the fruit selection included no mango.

the staff were friendly and helpful. liyana, christine, tiara, jen, ambi, krisch, and zep provided excellent service. their professionalism made me want to return.
