mixed experience at this lodge
sea urchins lacking drinks service
the on-site dive shop provided two tank dives each morning at 8:00 am.
the ocean was not good for swimming because of sea urchins. the beach was never tended to or cleaned and was full of litter every day. i also noticed that the drinks service was lacking, many items were out of stock, and there was no one serving drinks around the pool.

Secluded Paradise with Excellent Diving
excellent equipment morning dives thatched roof
I liked the proximity to Mnemba Atoll for diving! The on-site PADI dive shop offered two-tank dives each morning. The rental equipment was excellent, and they even provided 5mm full wetsuits. I found the dive training in one of the pools convenient. They maintain the rooms, common areas, and grounds meticulously. The restaurant has a massive thatched roof. I arranged a taxi to the airport through the hotel for $60, the ride took an hour and a half.
The drinks service at the hotel was inconsistent. Some items were frequently out of stock, and service around the pool was infrequent.
