quick work breakfast option range slow check-in noisy location
Ms rate cleaned my room quite well and quickly. the front desk was attentive. I appreciated that. i also enjoyed the range of options offered at breakfast. It made for a good start to my days.
i found the location quite noisy at night, even though the hotel provided earplugs. the check-in process was a little slow and not so easy. i also had to put down a deposit of 500 thb for the room.

charming stay with attentive service
room service buffet choice warm greeting
I enjoyed the daily room service and replenishment of complimentary water. the breakfast buffet offered great choices. I especially appreciated the indian food options. the staff always greeted me warmly. the location proved convenient with a 7-eleven store just across the street. This made getting quick supplies easy.
the noise from nearby bars disrupted my sleep, it went on quite late.

The staff members were friendly and always willing to assist with requests, such as providing directions or arranging transportation. Dolley and nina gave awesome service. they were attentive to my needs and provided quick, efficient service when i asked for something.

This hotel is near the beach. this allowed easy access to the shoreline and water activities. a convenience store across the street provided quick access to snacks and necessities. I didn't have to go far for anything i needed.

A Romantic Getaway
helpful staff excellent service genuine care
I found the staff very helpful (especially Ms. Dolly!). They take care of their guests. The hotel provides excellent service. Ms. Nina and Rung showed genuine care, which I really appreciated.
The street noise was a little loud at times, so I recommend bringing earplugs if your room faces the street.

The rooms feature good mattresses and clean sheets ensuring a restful night. Amenities are sufficient for a comfortable stay. Rooms also include a cozy space making it a relaxing environment after a day of exploring.

The hotel has an excellent location near many attractions I wanted to visit. It is convenient for accessing various places of interest. The hotel's central location is very beneficial (everything is very close!).

mixed feelings about the stay
ineffective air conditioning limited selection
I was disappointed with the air conditioning. it struggled to cool the room, and it took a very long time. also, the breakfast selection could be better for european visitors. It seemed like there was a limited variety of options available.

friendly staff premium room great location
the staff was friendly especially dolley. location was very near to the beach, walking street, and bar areas. the room was clean, i stayed in a premium room. it was very good and worth it.
the pool area on the ground floor seemed to have many insects.
