A Romantic Getaway

helpful staffexcellent servicegenuine care

I found the staff very helpful (especially Ms. Dolly!). They take care of their guests. The hotel provides excellent service. Ms. Nina and Rung showed genuine care, which I really appreciated.

The street noise was a little loud at times, so I recommend bringing earplugs if your room faces the street.

I was disappointed with the air conditioning. it struggled to cool the room, and it took a very long time. also, the breakfast selection could be better for european visitors. It seemed like there was a limited variety of options available.

the staff was friendly especially dolley. location was very near to the beach, walking street, and bar areas. the room was clean, i stayed in a premium room. it was very good and worth it.

the pool area on the ground floor seemed to have many insects.
