stale breadnoisy planes
the food was a letdown for me the bread was quite hard and tasted stale i talked to the chef and leader but they said it was because the island does not get fresh ingredients i do not think that excuses it my wife got sick because of the food also the seaplane transfer i would not recommend it there were long wait times and the planes were very noisy with no ear muffs

The internal buggy service was decent. It got you where you needed to go I guess
I can't say I was thrilled. The island seemed dirty. I also noted many skinny cats prowling around. The coral reef was almost entirely dead. Snorkeling reminded me of visiting a coral reef cemetery, just fabulous.

The seaplane transfer was arranged well (i felt no stress about connections). i liked our butler, hnin. She was very nice. the team allowed us to sleep in a fine water villa upon our early arrival until our beach villa was ready.
the free ice cream at the cremerie could have had more flavors.
