i found the staff friendly. before my arrival, i contacted the hotel concerning my son's dietary requirements for breakfast. during my stay, the hotel identified suitable buffet options for him and prepared special eggs. the hotel also offers large rooms, convenient location, easy public transport access, and proximity to a mall plus the water park.
i noticed a very slight issue, the pillows were quite skinny
