gross blindbroken toilet seat
The shower needed some attention, i noticed the blind covering the window was a bit gross, it really detracted from the experience. It needs new blinds or a different design. also, the toilet seat was almost broken on one side. The flush lever felt flimsy and not well maintained, i wonder how often these things get checked. those little details matter, especially at this price point, it just felt a bit neglected.

I appreciated the on-site EV fast charger. It worked perfectly. The hotel's location is certainly its best feature! It is convenient with easy access to Terminal 1 and 2. Rooms are nice and clean.
The welcome drink was offered only after I waited 15 minutes to check in. The shower temperature had no consistency, shifting quickly from hot to cold. Room service took one hour.

i found the breakfast buffet to have a great selection. himanshu and abishek at cafe 77 east were very attentive to my needs.
the sound insulation in the west wing was substandard i could hear noise from the adjacent room quite clearly
