I found the in-room dining service prompt. Food arrived quickly and hot. The staff addressed my concerns quickly. I enjoyed the hotel's responsiveness and care.
The gym equipment is modern, but a couple of treadmills were out of order. It impacted my workout routine a little.

The breakfast staff worked very well. the sous chef, a dayalan, makes great food. the room was comfortable and clean. i really liked having a warm foot spa available in the room. It was a nice, thoughtful detail.
the pool water was warmer than i expected. it was slightly uncomfortable, especially during hot weather.

My room was a Luxury Room King Bed. The bed was very comfortable and allowed me to sleep well. Housekeeping provided fresh towels each day and always restocked the toiletries.
The gym only had two treadmills. I found that the equipment was not enough for the amount of guests that used the gym. The pool closed very early. I hoped it was open longer.
