Balanced Stay at the Resort

Jhanvi ensured I felt cared for from arrival. Each person I met was warm. Everyone was helpful, therefore the experience was more enjoyable. The room was super clean. It felt cozy and very comfortable. This made relaxation easy. Abigail and the team arranged a birthday celebration. The little details stood out. It showed the staff cared to.
Restaurant service was noticeably slow during breakfast. I requested napkins and cutlery. I reminded them about coffee and tea. The kids' play area looked run down. There should be better amenities for toddlers. I think this is important for families traveling with little kids. The breakfast spread was almost the same every day. I think this needs variety.

sea-view room seat-out area special dishes
the room had a sea-view. a seat-out area was included. the restaurants were easily accessible through the lawns. the chef at kokum prepared special chicken and vegetable dishes.
the gym is located in a different resort. a shuttle is needed to get there or a walk on the beach is required.

goan feel amazing party dirty outdoors average breakfast
the staff were very cute and they kept all facilities well. the resort kept a great goan feel to it. the day of the carnival was really nice , the staff put on an amazing party for all guests.
i just had a one night stay. the rooms outdoors were not at all clean. we all were so looking forward to the breakfast , but it was below average.
