the staff was professional and kind i found a japanese feeling throughout the hotel. i appreciated the free ramen available each evening a good treat after a day of exploring. the onsen with its sauna and balcony provided a wonderful experience i felt relaxed.
i noticed the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy it was a minor inconvenience.

staff offered excellent service with prompt attention and assistance they always seemed ready to help with any request. i found them especially helpful with directions to nearby attractions ensuring i never felt lost. their kindness enhanced my experience.

I received welcome drinks and ice cream at the onsen. The hotel provided comfortable socks for walking around. This gave a pleasant, traditional feel. I enjoyed the public onsen for women and the three different private onsen. I found them vacant . The price included drinks, coffees, night ramen, and ice creams (the ice creams were delicious!).
The air conditioning seemed connected between rooms. It turned on briefly when others used theirs. I could also hear conversations and showers from neighboring rooms, a little distracting at times.

Staff members were helpful and friendly. They even provided recommendations for cozy, family-run cafes. There was also yakult available, though I had to ask for it (it was a nice touch!).

The hotel offered a varied breakfast. I enjoyed the onsen facilities including the top floor views. It included both indoor and outdoor options.
The air conditioning turned on and off during the night. It made a lot of noise even when turned off. I could hear people talking through the walls. I also heard sounds from the next door's shower.
