Really good Amenities and Convenient Location

I found the in-room washer and dryer particularly convenient. The location allowed easy access to the castle grounds and Oyama Shrine. Complimentary tea and coffee were available in the lounge, I appreciated this.
The hotel does not directly call taxis. Guests need to hail them from the street.

I received assistance with transportation to the airport. a bus goes straight to the airport and it is only a few minutes' walk away, very convenient. the staff provided a schedule and recommended departure time for my flight. the room felt luxurious and was one of the most comfortable i experienced during my trip.

The room had a washing machine and dryer, which proved very useful. The layout was practical, with a seating area for two. The bus stop to the city was close, only about 100 meters away. THOUGHTFUL touches throughout.
The reception staff sometimes struggled to assist guests. Some instructions in the room were only available in Japanese. The hotel did not arrange taxi services, requiring guests to find their own.
