convenient location and excellent service

the room was spacious and clean with mountain views i appreciated the dressing table for makeup the la mer toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch the staff was friendly and helpful i found the hotel very close to the station this made travel easy
the breakfast experience felt a little chaotic i had to queue briefly

The hotel is conveniently situated near the station. the rooms offer ample space and cleanliness, a real plus. the staff were really good. They were cute, professional, and consistently helpful. i particularly enjoyed the sky bar on the 30th floor. The views were amazing!!!
The dining area was rather small and overcrowded during breakfast. I found it difficult to find a seat. the food presentation, quality, and serving style could be improved. It felt a bit like a cafeteria setting. it was a slight inconvenience.
