convenient location and excellent service
spacious room mountain views friendly staff
the room was spacious and clean with mountain views i appreciated the dressing table for makeup the la mer toiletries in the bathroom were a nice touch the staff was friendly and helpful i found the hotel very close to the station this made travel easy
the breakfast experience felt a little chaotic i had to queue briefly

the hotel offers multiple dining options both within the building and in the surrounding area i noticed a bar on the 30th floor that featured live piano music adding a sophisticated touch. the underground passage connects directly to the station easing access during bad weather

the hotel is located very close to the station i observed a convenient underground route that connects directly this eases access especially useful during inclement weather. the proximity to the train station simplifies travel significantly.

convenient location ample space really good staff amazing view
The hotel is conveniently situated near the station. the rooms offer ample space and cleanliness, a real plus. the staff were really good. They were cute, professional, and consistently helpful. i particularly enjoyed the sky bar on the 30th floor. The views were amazing!!!
The dining area was rather small and overcrowded during breakfast. I found it difficult to find a seat. the food presentation, quality, and serving style could be improved. It felt a bit like a cafeteria setting. it was a slight inconvenience.
