The wifi was very poor. also, i found a lack of plug sockets near the bed to be quite inconvenient. i expected more from this type of accommodation. It's a shame.

Lovely Inn Stay!

friendly staffspacious gardenconvenient parkingtasty breakfast
The staff greeted me with a warm welcome and were very helpful throughout my stay. The garden was quite spacious and the weather allowed me to enjoy it . I found convenient street parking near the inn, a plus. The breakfast was great (especially the pancakes!).
I noticed the fire sensor in the hall emitted a beeping sound throughout the night. The sound was similar to a low battery warning on a smoke alarm.
Dining
9/10
The food was amazing and quite reasonably priced, with many options sourced locally. Drinks were also reasonably priced. It was refreshing to find a place that didn't feel overpriced. I enjoyed the relaxed and informal atmosphere in the dining area.
Facilities
8/10
I had somewhere safe to store my bicycle after arriving. The garden was quite spacious and well kept, offering a pleasant outdoor space. The inn provided a relaxed and informal atmosphere, which I appreciated.
Rooms
9/10
My room contained everything I needed for a restful stay, including a comfy bed. The shower worked well and provided plenty of hot water. I found the drink tray to be the best I've ever had, complete with lovely pottery and real coffee grounds.
Location
10/10
The area was notably quiet, offering a peace all around (that's why I chose it). I found the location to be within easy driving distance of other towns and Dartmoor.
