the room had a comfortable bed. overall, the room was quite lovely with a gorgeous bathroom.
the central heating didn't come on so the room was cold. i had to use a plug-in heater. we also found hand wash in the shower instead of shower gel.

The building has character. A beautiful room showed decor. The staff gives service. I found breakfast choices too. I appreciated secure parking space too. The location provides walkable access. I accessed restaurants. The Tay river provided nice walks. The kitchen offers breakfast items. I saw these were in the fridge. I observed that staff welcomed me with kindness. The advice was helpful.

good locationno elevator accesshand wash
the location of the hotel met my expectations.
i found multiple issues. the provided hand wash was in the shower, not shower gel. our suite had no elevator access and required climbing three flights of stairs. we had significant luggage since we were traveling with our baby.

the room was spacious with a comfortable bed. the common lounge was relaxed. i appreciated the river view.
the room was cold so i used a plug in heater. the central heating did not activate. i also noticed hand wash instead of shower gel in the shower. the staff presence was limited. breakfast preparation and cleanup were self-service.

Really good stay

The location is fabulous. The rooms are spotlessly clean. I found the beds very comfortable. The kitchen access was great. I appreciated the flexibility to prepare breakfast. The staff were friendly. They were helpful too. The bathroom felt brand new. I enjoyed the generous rooms. The bath was great after a long day. I found parking easily across the road. The views of the river are magical. The community feel was wonderful. I appreciated the help-yourself-breakfast. Shared break-out facilities were available. I enjoyed the beautifully decorated space.
