missing fridge high step
the staff provided excellent service their attitude was very professional
the room lacked a fridge or glasses only paper cups were available i also found the high step into the shower room unsafe a phone was absent making contacting reception inconvenient regarding heating i had to visit the front desk to adjust it this lack of in-room control was problematic

accommodating staff excellent stew local whiskies refreshing pool
i loved how accommodating the staff were , they really went the extra mile. i especially enjoyed the excellent venison stew at the restaurant. the bar featured a superb range of local whiskies. the swimming pool was a refreshing treat after a long day exploring.
the coffee at breakfast could have been better , i would have preferred cafetière coffee.

highland escape, surprisingly spacious!
spacious room separate menu swimming pool
I found the room quite spacious. the bathroom was big enough. the swimming pool offered a good way to wake up in the morning. dinner at the hotel was enjoyable, and i appreciated the vegan options. You have to ask for a separate menu!
My only issue was that i wasn't told where to go to my room or where breakfast was served. The information could have been clearer at check-in

the swimming pool has recently been refurbished, it looked well maintained, with a clean environment for a refreshing swim, and i saw sufficient changing facilities were available .

the staff were very efficient and friendly, attending to requests promptly, and the reception was available to assist with directions and information, so i didn't face any issues .

my room included a comfortable bed and a bathroom, and a rain shower was there offering good water pressure, and the room was well kept with adequate space for luggage.

The restaurant offered a nice selection of dishes, and i tried the hearty food, it came relatively promptly and tasted nicely cooked and presented. The bar also had a huge selection of drinks including local whiskey.
