Super Hotel Experience!
clean rooms great location good variety friendly staff
The rooms were very clean. Location near to the beach was great. Brunch offered a good variety. Staff members were friendly and always happy to help with requests.
The elevator was small and caused some delay at peak times. This was an inconvenience but it wasn't a big problem overall.

The hotel staff was quick to address any issues I had. Reception provided prompt service and clear information. The cleaning staff did a good job maintaining cleanliness. Every request was handles with efficiency.

The room include effective air conditioning and daily cleaning services. The beds were comfortable and I slept well each night. I found the bathroom fixtures to be modern. The room size was adequate.

This hotel is located close to many restaurants and shops. Access to public transport was very easy. The beach was just a short walk from the hotel. The location allowed for easy exploration.

good location, some minor issues
great location friendly staff great shower thin walls no kettle creaky doors
the hotel is near shops and restaurants. the bus station is close to the hotel also. the staff was really friendly and helpful to me. the room was a twin room and the shower worked great.
the walls in this hotel are super thin. i could hear everything. there was no kettle in the room, i did not see a hair dryer either. i think the doors made a lot of noise, the doors creaked when they were closed.

pool view unlimited brunch helpful staff
my twin room pool view had a good view. the unlimited brunch was convenient till 1:30 pm daily. staff were friendly and helpful with directions.
