The breakfast buffet offered good options, including both local and international choices. The hotel's location provided easy access to shops and restaurants. This was very useful. The staff were attentive and quick to respond to requests. This added to my overall satisfaction.
The bathroom in my room needed a little more attention to detail, particularly around the shower tiles.

The hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the building, this was useful for both work and leisure. A small gym was available on the top floor with basic equipment, with a space for exercise. A luggage storage service was also offered.

The breakfast area had a selection of Vietnamese dishes. Pho was available daily, a great option. Fresh fruit and pastries were offered. EVERYTHING tasted really fresh. Coffee and tea stations were self-service.

My beautiful double room had a comfortable bed and a seating area. THIS was perfect after a long day. The air conditioning worked efficiently, maintaining a comfortable temperature. A mini-fridge was also present, allowing me to store drinks and snacks.

I found the staff to be helpful and friendly. The breakfast had a wide variety of choices that helped start the day well. The hotel is near markets, main sites, and restaurants.
I noticed the hotel could use some general improvements. Cleanliness could be better, and I could hear street noise at night.

The front desk staff was co-operative and polite making check-in smooth. I especially liked how the staff were very attentive to any request that I had. The team seemed genuinely happy to help with all the guest needs.

The room was spacious enough and cleaned every day. New towels and water were provided which was super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and I enjoyed the quietness on the 8th floor, contributing to a restful stay.

the room i booked was not up to standard. the doorknob was loose, and the main door required considerable force to open. sound isolation was definitely insufficient, and i could easily hear street noise even on a higher floor. the breakfast buffet offered various choices, but the food didn't taste particularly fresh.
