excellent hotel experience
spacious rooms good food lovely garden
i found the rooms spacious and immaculate. food choices were very GOOD. beachfront position and garden was so lovely. my housekeeper saman gave me fantastic towel art daily.
the resort lacked a dedicated kids pool. this limited recreational options for families with YOUNG children.

A romantic getaway!
warm welcome sweet touch dining preference
I received a warm welcome. the staff was nice. The rooms had towel animals, I found it was a sweet touch! The breakfast was great. dining preferences were remembered within days.
The TRAIN noise was an issue because it rattled our room. It made it hard to sleep. The station is right across from the hotel.

My Ocean Facing Superior Room was super spacious. The food was AMAZING with a wide variety. The breakfast buffet had an excellent array of options.

Very nice Staff and Service!
warm welcome cheerful disposition efficient staff helpful team
The staff were warm! It all started with a welcome. Roche visited all the guests at breakfast to make sure we were happy. Sasupun had a happy cheerful disposition! Sudesh and the restaurant staff were efficient! Nijab, Anil, and the pool team were helpful! They rushed to set us up with pool towels. Saman and Tharanga quietly cleaned, and they made towel animals on the bed.

The ocean-facing beautiful room had a complimentary spa treatment and two comfortable queen beds! The air conditioning worked perfectly. A modern bathroom was also included, and it featured complimentary toiletries and soft towels.

I enjoyed direct beach access from the hotel. The breakfast buffet included a great selection of local fruits and pastries! The staff was always ready to assist. I found the main pool to be a great size for swimming laps.
The gym had a limited selection of free weights.

Really good Beachfront Stay
direct access beautiful gardens friendly staff
The beach access was direct and convenient. The hotel provided beautiful garden areas and clean pools. The front desk staff managed check-out efficiently. I was able to enjoy the hotel amenities until my evening flight after checking out at noon. The buffet featured delicious food. Kelum Dasun and Vikum were very friendly.
I found that the gym and other amenities looked good. the hotel lacked a kids pool and any play area. I think the hotel should consider adding a kids pool to be more family-friendly.
