convenient stay close to hodsock priory
early check-inspacious roomquality ingredients
the early check-in time worked well for us. we had time to prepare for a wedding at hodsock priory. the room was clean and spacious.. breakfast ingredients were top quality. the staff made sure i had everything i needed.

An Okay Stay, but Some Issues

The staff were friendly, and they provided good service throughout my stay.
The room was quite small, and it felt cramped. The television was also tiny. there was considerable road traffic noise, which disrupted my sleep.

The staff acted friendly and helpful! I also found a large, enclosed car park at the rear of the Inn. It even has a beer garden (.. ). I will definitely return. The room and the entire Inn were very clean.
The bedroom was a bit tiny. the bathroom was not particularly spacious. I found this rather inconvenient . The road traffic noise was noticeable.

the room was pretty clean, i guess, and the breakfast did included a decent selection, im not gonna lie.
the food, oh god, the food. i ordered what they called a 'meat and potato pie', but it definitely seemed like they forgot the 'pie' part. it was more like some beef scraps at the bottom of a dish with some sad, hard potatoes thrown in and a layer of frozen puff pastry just slapped on top. at nearly sixteen quid, it was insulting, the dollop of mushy peas looked like something you find in a swamp, and the chips tasted like they'd been reheated from last week.
