The staff was friendly and courteous. The view from the dining area was amazing.

My room faced a very busy street, and the noise was excessive. The neon light from the facade lit up the entire room. Soundproofing windows are a must for a hotel claiming this standard.

the room i stayed in was smaller than i anticipated for a five-star hotel. the street outside was busy , and i noticed a lot of traffic noise. the sauna was also smaller than expected.

The staff provided a welcome drink upon my arrival, it was acceptable.

I found that my room was smaller than I thought it would be. The air conditioner blew right on the bed. It made sleeping difficult. Morning noise from the street disturbed my rest.
